Dr. Florentino is the best dentist I've had! She took the time to explain everything she was doing and outlined a care plan! I'm happy to have found her and the practice.
The staff were equally great! From the time that I called in to schedule an appointment, they were professional and courteous!

This dental practice is the best I have ever experienced in my 50 years. From when I called in to make a new patient appointment (the nicest most friendly person ever) to the dental assistant to the doctor-they were all so kind and professional. This small practice got me in within a week and then gave me the best cleaning ever without any pain. They then introduced me to a fluoride treatment (no dentist hade ever mentioned this ) which is done annually to fend off cavities.
I am actually excited for the next visit in 6 months. My gratitude to all of you!!!

My first visit was yesterday and I highly recommend this office. Everyone was very nice and professional and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and took the time to make sure the X-rays came out perfect and also a thorough exam to make sure I got the best treatment plan. The office is also comfortable and decorated nicely

I came in for a filling and to start Invisalign . From start to finish the office experience was amazing! Dr. Florentino and staff were very knowledgeable and the procedure was painless . I am so thankful I can finally eat where I lost my filling on my upper left and so excited to start my orthodontic treatment! I have had so much dental anxiety over the years and the ladies at the office made me feel so comfortable and at home making me laugh and feel better about my smile .

Definitely one of the best dental offices I have been to; the staff is nice and welcoming. I was worried at first because I have a small mouth and tend to struggle with x-rays, but the assistant was very patient and understanding and made sure that she did her best to keep me comfortable. The dentist is super gentle and does a great job! Had a cleaning and fillings done, and my teeth have been doing great!

I recommend Better Smiles to anyone who needs dental work. They are so polite and professional. Very caring and advising on your needs. They are affordable and if needed they work with you on a payment plan. Most of all, they take a lot of different types of insurance. 👍👍
